2. Complete the Attestation and Acceptance of Terms - This is an important document that tells us a little more about your background and what you can expect from MNR Staffing. 3. Send in copies of your certifications and license - The next step is to send in copies of your certifications and nursing license. 4. Complete a skills checklist - Skills checklists are used by facilities to determine if your experience level matches those needed to perform the tasks of a position. A skills checklist is a self assessment of your own abilities. Your recruiter will supply you with the necessary skills checklist(s).

5. Supply us with professional references and evaluations. - The final part of your profile includes professional references and evaluations. The best evaluations are from directors or supervisors and within the last 2 years. If you do not have these documents available, we can supply you with a form that a previous employer can complete. We can even contact your previous employers for you, just be sure to provide us with their contact information.

That's it, your profile is now done!

Once your profile is complete you and your recruiter will discuss job opportunities to determine which is best for you. When a match is found your profile will be submitted to the client. If you're selected you will be contacted for a phone interview. The next step usually includes onsite interviews and other requirements by specific clients.
